The Cycle – console version still possible

The Berlin developer Yager (Spec Ops: The Line) is still considering a console version of their shooter ‘The Cycle’, even if it is currently anything but official.

The Cycle is a first-person shooter in which you fight in short matches (around 20 minutes) to complete missions and compete with others during this time. The scene is the planet Fortuna III, where you will encounter various alien monsters, but the planet itself is fatal if you spend too long on it.

At the moment, Yager is concentrating exclusively on the PC version, but a current FAQ from publisher THQ confirms that additional platforms will be considered. It says:

“The cycle is available for PC with Windows OS. For the future, we are considering additional platforms. ”

In addition to the current generation, the PS5 and Xbox Series X would of course also be conceivable here, which could best keep up with current gaming PCs. Perhaps more will be learned in the coming months.
