The Dark Pictures: Little Hope – Reveal Trailer arrived

Playfront

Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco today give another foretaste of the second chapter of The Dark Pictures anthology, which will be released in summer 2020.

In Little Hope, four students and their teacher are trapped in a mysterious fog in the title city. Together they are desperately looking for a way to escape, but the city’s occult past lurks around every corner. To escape, they must uncover the secret behind the shadowy apparitions that hunt them before they drag their souls into hell.

Games have the opportunity to take on the role of five new protagonists. Just like the first game, Man of Medan, Little Hope includes several storylines, branches and ends that add replay value. Every decision will have an impact on who survives and whose fate is sealed.

The omniscient curator, who can be found throughout the series, will again watch players’ progress and give occasional tips if they so choose. The “Shared Story” mode and “Movie Night” mode, in which several players can experience their story online and offline, will be available again. In addition to the standard “theatrical cut” of the game, the “curator’s cut” will be available as a pre-order bonus.

The Dark Pictures: Little Hope will be released in summer 2020, with June 15, 2020 already falling as a more precise date.
