In spring 2019, The Walking Dead: Onslaught, a new virtual reality adventure based on the popular AMC zombie series, was announced with little news for more than a year; until now. And it is that Survios, the study in charge of its development, has confirmed its release date on both PC and PS4, in addition to presenting a new gameplay trailer that you can see heading the news. Thus, this new VR experience compatible with Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and PlayStation VR will be available from next September 29, 2020.

Thus, and through a new publication on the official PlayStation blog, Survios has confirmed the date of The Walking Dead: Onslaught for the end of next September 2020, a title that will put us in the shoes of the main protagonists of the series of AMC, all a claim for the many fans of the television adaptation.
Thus, we can take the role of such charismatic characters as Rick, Michonne, Daryl or Carol, all to face countless hordes of undead that will try to hunt us down; luckily, we will have all kinds of weapons at our fingertips, from different firearms to other melee weapons. On the other hand, the survival aspect of the game will be marked by the need to manage different resources to survive the post-apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead.
But in addition, The Walking Dead: Onslaught will offer the player the possibility of improving weapons, modifying them and completing secondary missions, all while exploring the remains of a civilization plagued by such a famous zombie apocalypse. All this and much more starting on September 29, 2020 both on PC (Oculus Rift and HTC Vive) and on PS4 with PlayStation VR.
