Rare will launch a new free update on November 20 for Sea of ​​Thieves. Fire bombs arrive and a new Tall Tale mission.

The company confirmed its next free update. Called The Seabound Soul, this content capsule adds a new Tall Tale mission focused on expanding the game's background. As you will remember, this type of mission is part of the navigation sheet of the "campaign missions", which deepen the exploration mechanics.

According to Xbox Wire, the official communication channel of the division, we will have to join Captain Pendragon to “discover the mystery of the Ashen Dragon”, which will reveal a “sinister new threat”. Alongside the mission chain, fire bombs have also been introduced, an explosive ammunition that you can load into your cannons to unleash panic among enemies, both in adventure mode and in the Arena, its PvP side.

New themed boat for a limited time

Pirates who want to take advantage of it can obtain for a limited time a special ship inspired by Gears of War, the Omen Ship Set. On the occasion of the launch of Gears 5 this past September (both games available on Xbox Game Pass), this new ship adds to the temporary free content. This ship has its own mask, hull and sails with motifs from the Gears of War saga, also the top flag, which shows the Locust icon.

To download it you only need to start the game in any of its versions before November 22.
