
Warner Bros. shares the first video preview of the new animated feature film based on the original Mortal Kombat delivery.
Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge, the new animated film based on the original videogame of the saga by Warner Bros., presents its first trailer, also announcing its availability in both Blu-ray and digital format next spring, in A date still to be specified. Thus, fans of such a popular fighting saga have a new opportunity to return to the origins of the series thanks to this new adaptation based on the original delivery of the 90s.

And although, as its name suggests, Scorpion will be the main protagonist of this new feature film, the most charismatic characters of the original Mortal Kombat video game will not be missing, with names as popular as Raiden, Sub-Zero, Johny Cage, Sonya Blade, Liu Kang, Goro and more.
So much so, that the film will tell us the argument of the title, that is, the celebration of the Mortal Kombat tournament with fighters from both universes with Shang Tsung as the main villain and the imposing Goro as the great champion of the tournament, both with a single intention: take control of the Earth.
And how could it be otherwise, even being an animated film, Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge will not spare in explicit violence and blood, despite the fact that his first trailer is quite conservative in this regard; so much so, that the film has received the R rating in the United States, that is, only for adults.
The director of animated films like Batman: Assault in Arkham, Ethan Spaulding, is in charge of the direction of the film, project that has had the scriptwriter Jeremy Adams, famous for his work with Teen Titans.
