In order to add an additional component to the realism in ‘TT Isle of Man 2’, KT Racing announced today the collaboration with real racing professionals. Newcomer driver Davey Todd and the fastest French driver on the Isle of Man route, Julien Toniutti, assisted.

2020 will be an ambitious year for Davey Todd: the young Brit is the ambassador for TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2 and the face of the game. He specializes in road races and can already boast an impressive number of trophies at the age of 23. In 2018, while preparing for his first Isle of Man TT, Davey decided to practice on his brother's console for two months to deepen his knowledge of the 60km route. As a result, he was number 2 in the game's global leaderboards – and the second fastest newcomer ever in real racing. In 2019, he again demonstrated his real driving skills at his second TT appearance by finishing all categories in the top 8 and finishing 6th in the senior race.

Like Davey Todd, Julien Toniutti helped produce the game by sharing his experiences and impressions with the developers to help them create a strikingly realistic simulation and optimize all aspects of driving physics.

“To compete in the TT is every driver's ultimate dream. The goal of TT Isle Of Man – Ride on The Edge 2 is to replicate the sense of speed and adrenaline, concentration and mastery that every Tourist Trophy driver has to exert – except that the players sit comfortably on their couch, without risk, ”says Julien.

Julien Toniutti is an experienced pilot who has participated in the TT three times. In 2018, he broke the French lap record on the Isle of Man circuit and consequently received the award as the fastest French road racer during the Paris Motorcycle Show.

From the release of TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2 in spring 2020, gamers can experience the improvements to the game that result from their close collaboration at home. With officially licensed riders, motorcycles and tracks, TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2 offers new physics and a new career mode for players who want to further improve their driving skills.

TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2 will be released in March 2020.
