Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 has just added 10 fresh Galaxy Sprites. These rare variants are the most elusive companion drops in the game’s current roster, offering a 20 % ammo boost when acquired.

Where to Spot the Galaxy Variants
Galaxy Sprites spawn randomly, but several zones on the map increase the odds for specific types:
- Galaxy Water Sprite – near rivers, lakes and coastal beaches.
- Galaxy Earth Sprite – deep inside dense forests.
- Galaxy Fire Sprite – inside bustling cities and high‑traffic hubs.
- Galaxy Duck Sprite – close to vaults on Sinister Strip and Frosted Flats.
- Galaxy Ghost Sprite – can appear anywhere at night.
- Galaxy Demon Sprite – found inside standard Sprite Chests and blue Rare Chests.
- Galaxy King Sprite – drops from Sprite Chests, Rare Chests, or looted AI bots.
- Galaxy Punk Sprite – locked in high‑tier Vault Sprite Chests that require a keycard.
- Galaxy Dream Sprite – tucked inside Vault Sprite Chests.
- Galaxy Zero Point Sprite – exclusively within high‑tier Vault Sprite Chests.
Because the game does not fix spawn points for any Sprite type, players must rely on RNG during matches to discover these powerful companions.
Buffs, Stacking, and Future Adjustments
Each Galaxy Sprite adds a 20 % increase to ammo pickups. Unlike the Gold Sprite, the buff does not affect damage or other stats but it stacks with the base Sprite bonus. For example, the Galaxy King Sprite not only scales pickaxe damage but also enhances ammo drops.
These variants have just entered the loot pool, making them hard to find. Epic is expected to tweak their spawn rates in the coming weeks, especially during the periodic Galaxy Hour events.
