The new intellectual property of the creators of League of Legends is a completely new tactical shooter.
Project A already has a final name. This is Valorant, the new production of Riot Games, one of several recently announced products. The US company, which is trying to reach an agreement to resolve the class action lawsuit for gender discrimination, has drawn an ambitious roadmap that goes beyond League of Legends and its derivatives. Valorant is a completely new proposal that embraces the tactical shooter genre and that FreeGameTips has already had the opportunity to try. Riot Games, meanwhile, has also confirmed some of the requirements that will be necessary for the game to work well on PC.
PC hardware recommendations
- Windows 7/8/10 64 bit
- 4GB RAM
- 1GB VRAM
Minimum requirements
According to Riot, the minimum hardware you will need for the game to run at 30 fps is equivalent to that of an old laptop, so a dedicated graphics card will not be necessary. However, that will mean the sacrifice of 60 fps, so players who play in a more powerful system will have an advantage. These are the requirements of the CPU and GPU:
- CPU: Intel i3-370M
- GPU: Intel HD 3000
Recommended Requirements
The 60 fps will provide a satisfactory experience in the line of the other players, in addition to that the milking should not suffer any kind of slowdown when the skills are executed and the game begins to acquire chaotic dyes.
- CPU: Intel i3-4150
- GPU: Geforce GT 730
Requirements for a premium experience
Players with more advanced hardware will have the opportunity to exploit Valorant to the fullest. With this configuration you can reach 144 FPS in the best possible conditions. In addition, being able to play in these conditions will not be reserved only for a small group of privileged people, since the requirements are quite affordable:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz
- GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
Valorant has been announced exclusively for PC. The game does not have a specific release date, but an approximate period: summer 2020.
