WandaVision filming of Marvel Studios starts

Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, confirms that the start of filming of the new series based on Scarlet Witch and Vision for Disney +.

WandaVision, another of the new Marvel Studios series based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe exclusively for Disney +, Disney's new streaming service, has already started shooting. This was recently stated by Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, through an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

Thus, the now creative head of Marvel, has assured that the series based on the Scarlet Witch and Vision has already begun to be recorded with the same protagonist interpreters that Marvel fans already know about UCM, that is, Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany respectively.

At the moment few details are known of the plot of this new series, although the rumorology suggests that of the 8 episodes that it will have, 4 will be as a sitcom of the 50s (a kind of parallel reality created by Wanda Maximoff herself ) and the other 4 will connect directly to the next Phase 4 movie of Doctor Strange, entitled Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, in which the presence of the Scarlet Witch has already been confirmed.

WandaVision is expected to premiere sometime in 2021 at Disney +, on a date yet to be specified, although it should not distance itself from Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the first Marvel Studios series that will arrive at Disney + (fall 2020) and that recently he also started filming, again, with the same UCM actors in their same characters.

In this same sense, Kevin Feige himself recently assured that to understand all the frames of Phase 4 and following, it will be essential to follow all the Marvel Studios series on Disney +, since they will be fully connected to the UCM. On the other hand, the arrival of Disney + to Spain and other countries in Europe was also confirmed on March 31, 2020.
