World War Z presents its GOTY edition along with the version of Switch

Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive announce the Game of the Year Edition of their zombie game for PC, PS4 and Xbox One; coming soon on Switch.

World War Z, the zombie action and survival video game from Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, will receive on May 5 the Game of the Year Edition or GOTY, the definitive version of said title with all the DLC, downloadable content and updates included in the same edition. This has been announced by its managers, also confirming the arrival of the video game on Nintendo Switch soon, on a date yet to be specified.

All the contents of the GOTY edition

Thus, the GOTY edition of World War Z will include the base game and all the DLC and free updates that have appeared so far, in addition to new weapon and character packages and a new set of PvE missions that will take us to the French city of Marseilles.

Among the new weapon packs are The Lobo, Biohazard, Special Operations Forces, Last Aid and a last one to be announced, in addition to the characters The Professionals Character Skin Pack and War Heroes Character Skin Pack. The new PvE missions will feature their own maps, stories, and characters.

All this from next May 5 on PC through the Epic Games Store for 44.99 euros and on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for 49.99 euros. On the other hand, its managers have also announced the arrival of World War Z on Nintendo Switch, although they have not yet offered a specific release date; and is that the port is still in development, although they hope to offer news soon.

Recall that cross play recently arrived at World War Z between PC and Xbox One; In addition, new content is expected in the coming months.
