Character Highlights
Yangyang: Xuanling becomes the first special‑edition character, marking a shift in her in‑game power profile after debuting as the free starter hero. Suisui’s teaser text hints at a “dawn of truth” motif, suggesting a Spectro alignment, and confirms her Mingting origin. Suoming’s crimson‑tinged design signals a potential Fusion element; she carries an umbrella that may double as her weapon. Jingran, the lone male entrant from Huanglong, teams a spear with a lantern, projecting a rugged, battle‑ready presence. Qingxiao arrives with a one‑handed sword, described as a “Celestia sword (who) guards the clouded pass,” implying a legendary sword‑master role. Hsin, a prominent sentinel of Huanlong, brings wolf‑like ears and extensive white tresses—her entry delivers high anticipation due to her lore prominence.
Using the official Wuthering Waves codes can secure free Astrite, an essential currency for baiting these new faces into the banner draws.
Fans are already wiring up for the story arcs these new characters promise, especially the tension added by the seven sentinel narrative serving as a backdrop to Hsin’s phased appearance.
