Echtra Games, the creators of Torchlight 3, will become part of Zynga. The developer is working on a new multiplatform RPG in collaboration with NaturalMotion, also from Zynga.

This acquisition will be crucial in the growth of our licenses and iconic brands from mobile devices to PC and consoles, while helping us to further expand in the market. “
