There is a method to see how many hours of game we have dedicated to our favorite video games through the console menus, that is, only individually, game by game, not globally. Therefore, below we show you how to see the hours played on Xbox One.
How to see the hours played on Xbox One
Follow these steps to see the hours played for your video games on Xbox One:
Turn on your Xbox One.
Search through the menu for the game you want to know how many hours you have accumulated; You can also access it through the menu My games – Applications.
Press the Xbox button on your Xbox One controller.
Access the Achievements tab of your games; scroll to Statistics.
Statistics will show the total hours played and other numbers of interest in your video game list.
You can also compare your statistics through the Compare with friends option and see who has spent more hours of play on specific titles.
Each platform presents its own system to count the hours of play, although not always through the best system; and it is that sometimes it does not even have it, as in the case of PS4. For example, Steam offers a complete record of game hours by title, with the total number of minutes dedicated to each of them.
On the other hand, Nintendo Switch also offers such information for each of our games associated with our console account. By cons, PS4 does not offer this information natively, although the closest solution is to consult the statistics that each year Sony shares with its users as an annual summary.
