Foucs Home Interactive publisher takes 100% Deck13, the German studio creator of The Surge and Lords of the Fallen. New Horizons.

Focus Home Interactive confirms the purchase of Deck13. Collaborators in recent years, the publisher buys from the German studio for a total amount of 7.1 million euros, of which 6.5 million are financed by a bank.

As they assure in their financial report, they are made with a team of 60 qualified workers with a history of 20 games in the last 18 years. From the collaboration between both parties, the The Surge franchise was born, which according to what they have reported has reached 5.5 million euros in benefits as of December 31, 2019.

The purchase will make Focus Home take full control of the intellectual properties the team develops. His last job came last September, with a The Surge 2 reaching 8.5 out of 10 at this house.
