Bethesda showcase for E3 apparently canceled

Playfront

Even if Bethesda had already abandoned E3 for some time, there was at least still a special showcase in advance where all the highlights were presented.

This showcase is likely to fail this year, as Bethesda’s Pete Hines on Twitter says. Accordingly, the challenges with the current corona pandemic are still present, which makes it difficult to organize such an event in the usual way. There should also be no optional digital event.

Instead, Bethesda would like to present her game highlights throughout the year on suitable occasions that you can look forward to in the coming months. This includes, among others, Tokyo Ghostwire, which was actually already planned for the E3.

Other projects currently underway at Bethesda include Deathloop from Arkane Studios, Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI for PS5 and Xbox Series X, as well as ongoing support for DOOM Eternal.
