Pearl Abyss today launched the new Drieghan region in ‘Black Desert’ for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The so-called land of dragons hides the secrets of the monstrous creatures that once roamed the country and is characterized by high peaks and sparkling waterfalls.
As civilization progressed, the monsters were all driven out – at least almost. Drieghan consists of several very different areas, such as Sherekhan’s necropolis, the dragon kingdom Garmoths Nest, the radiant metropolis of Duvencrune and more. The area introduces adventurers to a new adversary, Garmoth, the blood-red dragon.
Garmoth has been hiding for years, forging his revenge on the residents of Drieghan, who killed his brothers years ago during the Great War. Players must go to Garmoth’s Nest and kill the vengeful dragon before he can terrorize the people of Drieghan.
