First cinematic trailer of Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds for mobile

The title has planned its exit on mobile devices. It is being developed by Netmarble and will respect the mechanics of the JRPG.

Level-5 has presented the first official cinematic video of Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds, the new installment of the saga planned this time for mobile devices. They are just sequences, there is no gameplay, but they are the first official images of the project developed by Netmarble with an estimated release date unknown.

The study led by Akihiro Hino presented the game weeks ago making it clear that the title was going to see the light, at least for now, only mobile terminals. On the official website of G-Star 2019 this small preview has been presented, but it will not be until the days of November 14 to 17 when it is officially presented at the homonymous event to be held in Buscan, South Korea.

It was also confirmed that we can collect the Imazen spirits to train them and to accompany us on the adventure.

A saga with a certain legacy behind

Ni no Kuni: The witch of the White Witch was the original delivery that gave birth to this famous intellectual property. After passing through Nintendo DS, an adaptation for PlayStation 3 with changes in history was so successful in Japan that its marketing was considered far from Japanese borders, and so it was. A sequel was released later, Ni No Kuni 2, which also precipitated the arrival of an adapted and improved version of the game on PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC, although in the case of the hybrid it was an adaptation of the original PlayStation game 3, without improvements to 4K resolution.

For those who wonder what will happen from now on with the franchise, last July we learned that Ni No Kuni 3 is already in development, but we hardly have concrete details to share at the moment; It also has no approximate departure date. Finally, it should be noted that this past August 30, the official Ni No Kuni movie was released in Japan, which you can learn more about in this article.
