At around 2:00 p.m. CET on January 21, 2021, the official Fortnite Twitter account in Spanish published the following teaser:

This Season 5 story teaser announces who will be the next characters to arrive on the island through the portal that appeared in Angry Accumulations: nothing more and nothing less than a Terminator model T-800 and Sarah Connor. The references in the teaser leave no room for doubt: it speaks of two objectives, one of them “a ruthless machine”, and the other, “a protector of the future”; These descriptions match each of these characters.
These portals appear a few days before new skins from different universes arrive on the island of Fortnite Battle Royale during its Season 5. It already happened with Daryl Dixon and Michonne from The Walking Dead, with Black Panther, Captain Marvel and Marvel’s Taskmaster, and with the Master Chief of the Halo saga, among others.
At around 6:25 p.m. CET on January 21, Twitter user Mrfox895 uploaded a screenshot to his personal account in which, we assume that by mistake, Sarah Connor and Terminator skins appear prematurely on the PlayStation Store, showing its aspects.
