The role play developed by Cyberconnect 2 and produced by Bandai Namco will allow us to relive the most iconic moments of the series.

It turns out that Krillin has died again and that the seven Dragon Balls must be sought again, the necessary step to invoke Shenron and return Goku's friend to Earth. The unfortunate Krillin is not the only one who loses his life several times in the saga of Akira Toriyama, and given that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot faithfully reproduces each of those events, the search for these important gems will be present in the title, just as FreeGameTips reported and Bandai Namco confirmed.

To illustrate this picture, the Japanese company has distributed a new batch of images that captures the moment when Son Goku, one of several playable characters in the title, finds a Dragon Ball. In addition, they show other captures in which we can appreciate different situations. Shenron appears in all its glory, as well as other unpublished sequences in the original story of Dragon Ball Z.

Goku faced Frieza and defeated him after much effort in the second story arc of the series, but the captures reflect a new story, because as you can see, Kakarot fights his antagonist in Super Saiyan 3, something that never happened in Dragon Ball Z. In fact, the game of Cyberconnect2 explores alternative adventures that will offer us new approaches within the universe of the video game.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. His departure is scheduled for January 17. It will not do so on Nintendo Switch, a platform on which it has never been confirmed. However, Bandai Namco recently reaffirmed and explained that it has no plans to market it in the Kyoto hybrid. The previous two games, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Dragon Ball FighterZ are available on that console.
