Genshin Impact: Update 1.4, Wind Flower Festival, now dated

The Wind Flower Festival comes to Genshin Impact with a good handful of content: minigames, activities, playable characters, weapons …

The millions of players of Genshin Impact, one of the most successful free to play games of recent years, will soon have an appointment with more rewards and content in the form of tests and characters with the Festival of Wind Flowers, which will arrive with the miHoYo game update 1.4. The Chinese studio will implement it on the 17th of this month of March, including the content that we will detail below.

All the content of the new update

As reported by the development team itself on the official PlayStation blog, all players who have reached Adventure Rank 20 or higher, and have completed the Dragon Song and Freedom missions will be able to access this Festival of Flowers in Winter. Among other features, it has been announced that it will have several endings depending on the choices we make during the adventure, but it will also include a good handful of activities.

Genshin Impact

We will find, for example, three mini-games organized by the Knights of Favonius: Target shooting, Flowers in the wind and Ballads of the wind, which can be played alone or with a partner, and which will have up to four different difficulty levels, based on each one of them in archery, gliding and music respectively. These minigames will grant us rewards and festival coupons, which can be exchanged for talent upgrade materials and two exclusive festival items, the Commemorative Balloon and the Lyre of the Breeze.

However, the most daring players will be able to venture into the Peculiar Garden, a kind of dungeon discovered by the Adventurer’s Guild. This will have three random challenges and a final boss, and as a reward we will get peculiar coupons to exchange for weapon ascension materials and a new 4-star weapon that will arrive with update 1.4, the bow Ode to the Flowers of the Wind.

As we said, this update will be available from next day 17, and will also come with a new playable 4-star character, Rosaria.
