The new Sizing Things Up quest in Arc Raiders’ Frozen Trail update tasks players with dissecting a fallen Emperor’s corpse on Pendola Pass.
Quest Overview
Celeste, now retooled for the update, seeks the Arc Raiders’ crew to examine a fallen Emperor and retrieve a piece of the Colossal ARC. The task can only be completed on the newly added Pendola Pass map, demanding both stealth and precision.
Steps to Complete
Before the raid, choose a free or light personal loadout and load plenty of Adrenaline Shots; the quest requires walking most of the time. Be sure to carry Medical Bandages and Shield Rechargers for any sudden encounters.
1. From the bridge outside Old Town, snap a clear picture of the Emperor’s leg adjacent to its main body using the new Camera gadget.
2. Head to the railroad junction, climb the Emperor’s leg, and press E to “Analyze Part.” The objective clears once the analysis window acknowledges completion.
3. Approach the entrance of the Emperor’s body and unlock it with the Emperor Gateway Conduit key. In front of the entrance, dig out the buried Harvester Payload in the snow, interact, and secure the ARC Conductive Coupler. Transfer it to your safe pocket and evacuate to Speranza.
4. Back in Speranza, open the quests tab, select Celeste, and hit Claim to submit the ARC Conductive Coupler. The quest is now finished.
Rewards
Completing this mission grants 3 Adrenaline Shots, an Exodus Technical Handbook, the powerful Bettina weapon, 60 Heavy Ammo, and 5,000 XP.
Because Bettina is one of the top‑tier weapons in Arc Raiders, finishing Sizing Things Up hands the gear for free. Rally teammates, finish the objectives, and collect the full reward package without extra cost.
