Call of Duty Modern Warfare - play multiplayer for free over the weekend

All players will be able to enjoy this mode thanks to Call of Duty: Warfare, the new battle royale game in the saga.

If you haven't tried Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Activision offers a golden opportunity to do so. The title developed by Infinity Ward starts a promotion that allows all players to enjoy multiplayer games of the video game for free. As reported by Activision, the test begins on April 3 and will last until Monday, April 6. In addition, there is a double experience weekend.

To access multiplayer modes, you will need to download Call of Duty: Warzone, the battle royale also designed by Infinity Ward. As it is a free-to-play product, it is not necessary to pay a single euro. Just go into the Warzone lobby and look for Modern Warzone maps in the playlist. In total there are two maps available, Atlas Superstore (10v10) and ShootHouse (6v6). Active modes are Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Hardpoint.

And the campaign?

What will not be possible to prove will be the campaign mode, an unpublished story that completely reimagines the plot of the original, released more than a decade ago. While it was decided in Call of Duty: Black Ops IV to do without this single player mode, Infinity Ward refocused its attention on the campaign. The battle royale mode, on the other hand, was not ready for launch, back in October 2018.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, just like the trial. Modern warfare has returned in addition to the remastering of the classic Modern Warfare 2, which came out almost by surprise after it leaked to the PlayStation Store in Germany, before it was even officially announced by Activision.

The American company has just been exonerated of an alleged crime of violation of intellectual property. A company that builds military vehicles denounced Activision for using one of its vehicles in its video games. The judge has determined that given the nature of the project, an artistic work, it does not suppose a breach of the law.
