NASCAR returns to TNT for five live races while streaming simultaneously on HBO Max, following Prime Video’s five‑week run that capped out at the San Diego street course.
NASCAR Returns to TNT for Five Weeks
The next five events—Sonoma, Chicagoland, Atlanta, North Wilkesboro, and the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis—will all air live on TNT with HBO Max streaming within the same hour.
Every practice and qualifying session is also available live on truTV and on HBO Max, which keeps its on‑board camera feed for all 43 field entries and team radio chatter.
Broadcast Belt: Hosts, Analysts, and Pit Crew
The booth stays the same from yesterday’s Prime run: Adam Alexander on play‑by‑play with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and crew chief Steve Letarte on color commentary.
Pre‑ and post‑race coverage will feature Earnhardt, Letarte and Jamie McMurray, hosted by Marty Smith. Studio analysts include Jeff Burton for Chicagoland and Atlanta, and Jimmie Johnson for Sonoma, North Wilkesboro, and Indianapolis.
Pit reporters Shannon Spake, Danielle Trotta and Marty Snider will run the floor, while Mamba Smith serves as the special B/R Racing Correspondent.
$1 Million In‑Season Challenge Kicks Off in Sonoma
TNT will once again run the $1 million In‑Season Challenge, awarding the winner and a fan who earns a perfect bracket the same prize.
Ty Gibbs beat Ty Dillon in last year’s tournament; the first round matchups start at Sonoma, which can be found via the link provided in the original announcement.
Beyond the Track: TNT’s Commitment to Fan Access
“Last year was an exciting return to NASCAR for TNT Sports, and we’re just getting started,” said Craig Barry, EVP and Chief Content Officer, TNT Sports. “We’re always looking for new ways to create access and bring fans closer to the sport they love.”
The network’s strategy includes expanded studio coverage and the enlistment of racing’s most respected voices to capture the energy unique to NASCAR.
Looking Ahead: Five Races, Endless Drama
With full‑field camera feeds, real‑time commentary, and a $1 million incentive, this stretch of the season promises to keep racing fans glued to their screens.
