Fortnite and SteelSeries unveil new crossover gear on Oct 6 2026
Fortnite has teamed with SteelSeries, launching a fresh line of gaming peripherals that intertwines in‑game rewards with real‑world hardware.
The first‑of‑its‑kind headset features a Sprite‑inspired design: the earmuffs bear the iconic Sprite face, while the mousepad incorporates a Guff silhouette. Every item in the collection also comes with a unique in‑game code, granting players a direct path to cosmetic loot.
Product lineup and in‑game rewards
- Arctis GameBuds – $219.99 – Oro skin
- Arctis Nova 3 Headset – $129.99 – Cold Hearted pickaxe
- Aerox 3 Mouse – $139.99 – Frozen Beak pickaxe
- 2× Mousepads – $29.99 each – Fossil Flyer glider
- Battle Bus mousepad – $49.99 – Rim Shot emote
- 3× Keycap sets – $79.99 each – Statuesque emote
- Artisan keycap – $79.99 – Statuesque emote
- Fortnite Edition thumb‑grip packs – $14.99–$34.99 – no code included
All items, except the thumb‑grip packs, embed a redeemable code. If the player already owns the item in Fortnite, the code converts into V‑bucks, allowing buyers to secure gear without losing a cosmetic advantage.
The collection does not feature the Crystallized Punisher pickaxe, and none of the codes provide exclusive items beyond those listed. Every perk is obtainable through the standard Fortnite Item Shop, ensuring no hidden fragments.
Sold‑out alerts and acquisition channels
The Arctis Nova 3X Wireless for Xbox – Fortnite Edition has already sold out, highlighting the high demand for licensed hardware. Interested consumers can purchase remaining units via the official SteelSeries Fortnite storefront, while best‑buying transactions remain possible at select Best Buy and Walmart locations depending on inventory.
Once stock depletes, no restock schedule has been announced. The absence of Fortnitemares 2026‑themed goods in the current release indicates a focused, limited‑time offering.
