George Russell will inaugurate his own dedicated grandstand for fans at Silverstone from the 2027 season.
A Dedicated Space for Fans
The George Russell Grandstand will be built at Farm Curve, offering a curated experience for ticket holders that includes three-day reserved seating from the start of the weekend, an exclusive Russell T‑shirt delivered before races, and full access to the main stage, the Drivers Inn, entertainment zones, the F1 Fanzone and the Silverstone Museum.
Prime View from Farm Curve
Russell chose a slightly smaller stand to maximise the on‑track view. “You can see the first four corners, the start, overtakes into Turns 3 and 4, and the pit‑lane exit,” he explained. “That’s the best spot.”
Historic Connection
At age ten, Russell attended the 2009 British Grand Prix in a Red Bull jacket supporting Sebastian Vettel. He remembered foghorns surrounding the track and his bearded, bowl‑cut look half‑hidden under a wind‑blown jacket.
Special Ticketing Schedule
Priority purchase opens at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 September. General sales begin the following day, Thursday, 24 September.
Russell’s initiative promises a more intimate and inclusive atmosphere, offering fans from all corners of the Grand Prix community a front‑row view of the action while celebrating his personal journey with Silverstone and Mercedes‑F1.
