GTA 6 nudist town leak fans have flooded a Florida resort’s Google page with fabricated reviews that reference the game’s most recent leaks.
Fake reviews flood real‑world resort
A series of fabricated posts, all citing the “GTA 6” saga, have been posted to the Google listing of Cypress Cove Nudist Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The comments, when filtered from “Most Helpful” to “Most Recent,” include blatant allusions to the viral scene of “Jason’s massacre” and promises of nude stay in an RV. Users such as “For Neb” claim they plan to book a reservation for November 19, arguing they will “play GTA 6 for three days straight while nude in my RV.” Even the name “Jason Duval” became a trigger for escalation, as another commenter linked it to the fictional event.
Owner’s response to coordinated spam campaign
Owner of Cypress Cove Nudist Resort released a statement accusing the posts of a “coordinated series of fabricated posts” that sought to extract money in order to remove the reviews. The comment cited that the resort’s real guests are being misrepresented and rejected any offers to pay for removal. The owner emphasized that the true guest experience is pleasant and not reflected by the spammed five‑star ratings.
Fans’ discovery sparks controversy
The GM of the fan community, who tracked the alleged real‑world analogue of the fictional Leonida town seen in the leak, expressed surprise at the “unhinged” way the community had zeroed in on the resort. The incident exemplifies how online communities can leverage fandom to target real businesses, leading to reputational harm and counter‑actions from owners. The situation raises questions about the intersection of virtual fan culture and real‑world commerce.
