GTA Online’s newest major heist, the Kortz Center Heist, lands on July 14, 2026, marking the last large operation before the launch of GTA 6.
Release Date & Availability
The update will be free for all owners of GTA 5 and GTA Online and launches the week before November 19, 2026, when GTA 6 is set to debut.
How to Prepare: Mansions and Art Studio
To join the Kortz Center mission you must own a Los Santos mansion. Set it up with an AI assistant, then convert an available space into an art studio, the hub for all preparatory work and staking‑out missions.
Staffing the studio with a counterfeiter allows you to forge artwork and replace the museum’s prized pieces, giving you tools for the final robbery.
If money is tight, complete the Mansions update missions or claim the free pre‑release bonuses Rockstar has made available.

Heist Workflow
Accept a call from Raf De Angelis, who supplies the crew lead. Begin stake‑out missions to map the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs, photograph paintings, and identify secure entry and exit routes.
After gathering intel, gear up—pick weapons and gadgets from the studio’s inventory. The heist allows either solo play or a crew of up to three additional players.
Ensure all CCTV is disabled and witnesses are eliminated to keep your wanted level under control. Escaping in a high‑speed vehicle is essential once the robbery is complete.
Anticipated Payout
Rockstar hasn’t released a precise figure, but expectations are that a “blockbuster heist” could generate payouts exceeding GTA$10,000,000. This would surpass the Diamond Casino’s tallest haul of nearly GTA$3.6 million and the Cayo Perico operation which yielded over GTA$4 million.
With the final big score set to cap the GTA Online era, players eye the Kortz Center Heist as the ultimate test before the next generation arrives.
