Microsoft rescues its most aggressive promotion in a year 2020 marked by the arrival of the new generation of consoles, with Xbox Series X as the protagonist.
Microsoft has brought back the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate promotion for 1 euro during the first three months of subscription. The American company, convinced that its subscription service of video games on demand is the strategy to follow for the present and future, once again allows for a quarter for 1 euro to access its extensive catalog of games, including exclusive, indies and triple A from third companies.

What does Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for console and PC include
The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate mode allows you to access a catalog of more than 150 games (some only on consoles; a few only on a computer) in both the Xbox One family of consoles and Windows 10 computers. Access is unlimited, through Download – it is not streaming – and store all the content of the titles on your device, so that the playback is native.
New games are added every month; others also disappear because the license agreement may expire, which is temporary. Xbox Game Studios games will never disappear and will always be available from their release day, such as Halo: Infinite or the impending Ori and the Will of the Wisps; others from third parties have been for years and it is unknown if they will no longer be available.
The difference between Xbox Game Pass and Ultimate mode, apart from including the PC mode, is that it also includes Xbox Live GOLD (the paid membership service to play online, whose value is 6.99 euros / month). Finally, it should be said that all members of XGP Ultimate have access to discounts and exclusive offers, also to the Deals with Gold and the Games with Gold each month.
Xbox Series X, the first confirmed model for Microsoft's next-generation console range, will hit the market at Christmas 2020 with Halo: Infinite as one of its main confirmed assets. The console will be backward compatible with games and peripherals.
