Without prior notice, the program is available for free download through the console's digital store. All the details.
Pokémon HOME has come by surprise to the eShop of Nintendo Switch. We knew it was going to be out in February and that I would do it first in the hybrid machine (later on iPhone and Android), but we didn't know when. The wait is over, so all Switch users can now access the console digital store and get the program completely free. In addition, the Nintendo 3DS Pokémon Bank application has been updated.
It is important to emphasize that Pokémon HOME, which will have exclusive functions in its version for mobile devices, has a weight of 707 MB; That will be the minimum space needed to install the application on our Nintendo Switch. Let's remember what awaits us in Pokémon HOME.
Pokémon HOME subscription models and features available
Beyond the five new features confirmed this week. Pokémon HOME will serve as a base of operations to transfer Sword and Shield Pokémon from previous editions, such as Pokémon Let’s GO Pikachu / Eevee, Pokémon GO (currently not available) and Nintendo 3DS editions (Generation VI and VII via Pokémon Bank).
In this article we summarize and break down each and every one of the characteristics of the program in detail, but, broadly speaking, the return of the GTS, the National Pokédex, the Prodigious Box (which will act as a Prodigious Exchange) awaits us and will allow us to do exchanges both in group and with friends. To that we add the function of Judge for the Premium Plan and the Mysterious Gift for all users.
Because yes, there are two plans available in Pokémon HOME: the free and the Premium. Depending on the plan chosen, the application is more or less limited.
