Pramac Yamaha has announced that 22‑year‑old Spanish rider Izan Guevara will replace Jack Miller in its MotoGP entry for the 2027 season. The move slotting Guevara into the premier class comes from Yamaha’s rider‑development programme and follows Miller’s exit from MotoGP.
Championship‑Ready Performance in Moto2
Guevara, who has lowered a Moto3 world title to victory, is currently second in the Moto2 standings behind Manu Gonzales. With 10 races remaining, he trails Gonzales by 42.5 points yet remains in contention for the title.
Highlights of the season include wins at Valencia and Le Mans, plus podium finishes in Austin and the Sachsenring. His results from last year with Pramac’s Moto2 squad proved a solid springboard to MotoGP.
