After the Quantic Dream games, the PS4 exclusive ‘Horizon: Zero Dawn’ is now to follow on the PC, as is currently heard from otherwise reliable sources. The special thing this time is that it would be the first game from a Sony first-party studio to be ported here for the PC.
According to Kotaku editor Jason Schreier, the game will be released for PC at some point in the year, in several store fronts such as Steam or the Epic Game Store. In addition to Horizon Zero Dawn, Death Stranding for the PC running on a modified Horizon engine was confirmed last year.
In this case, Horizon for the PC says:
"This news is from three people who are familiar with Sony's plans and want to remain anonymous as they are not authorized to speak to the press."
Sony could use it to follow the same track that Microsoft is already pursuing, in which Xbox can actually be played exclusively on the PC, but not on the competition console. Whether this is really the case has yet to be confirmed by Sony.
