Starsand Island 1.0 has left Early Access and now delivers a full suite of farming and multiplayer features, according to a fresh update from Seed Sparkle Lab.
Launch‑Kickoff Multiplayer System
The pivotal addition is a comprehensive multiplayer framework that allows players to team up inside the Moonlit Forest, harvest together, and complete quests collaboratively. An island host can control who joins, set passwords, and tailor participation for upcoming activities.
All player progress remains individualized, so each private island grows at its own pace. Seed Sparkle Lab has not introduced cross‑play yet, but it states it is assessing possibilities.

Dynamic Resource Sharing
With the host’s permission settings, friends can exchange a range of resources to aid one another. The permissions can be toggled on‑the‑fly and currently cover: fishing, crafting, crop production, livestock, and miscellaneous island supplies.

Marketplace Expansion: Coins and Shops
Each activity—whether farming, fishing, or photography—yields Multiplayer Coins, a currency exclusive to this mode. Players can spend these coins in a newly launched multiplayer shop, unlocking a variety of furniture, décor, and other items marked as “useful and lovely.”

Dating System Upgrades and Social Quests
Mastered relationships now unlock “relationship stories” when they hit three hearts, providing deeper narrative engagement. The update introduces fresh quests, such as planning picnics or capturing in‑game photos, catering to a more social playstyle.
