The team after Anthem shares details of its future: "It will be a long process"

BioWare Austin CEO shares first details of team in charge of changes at Anthem. He acknowledges that it will be "a long process".

Just over a year after his arrival, BioWare Austin underpins the first details of the creative process that will change the Anthem experience. In an open letter on his official blog, Christian Dailey, director of the studio, shares where the project is at the moment.

Anthem is far from dying. "We are committed to this project," says Christian. Since its launch, he says he has remained attentive to what the community was saying through social networks. "Taking all the feedback you have provided us has allowed us to add it 'to a great cookbook' of things that we are experimenting with Anthem."

Christian talks about an "incubation team," which according to internal jargon is a term used when you go back and start prototyping to improve areas that are not up to par. "We are a small team of approximately 30 workers, with whom we are trying to achieve our first great goal," he describes. He acknowledges that it will be “a long process”, although there is no need to worry about the size of the team: “The key to having a small team is to give ourselves time to return to the board. This allows us to have the agility that a great one cannot afford ”.

Transparency will be a hallmark for what is to come. They want to include the players in this metamorphosis, open up to the general public without fear of the expectation that is generated around them. "We want to provide you with as much transparency as possible because of your passion and interest in Anthem." How they will do this is yet to be decided. "This blog is one of the examples, but we also want to include you in your daily life so that you feel that there is real interaction with the team." We are asked to stay tuned "soon" to know the timing of these updates.

Anthem is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
