The Witcher 3 will add one more romance option—Geralt can pursue a relationship with Lilla, Dandelion’s cousin, in the upcoming Songs of the Past DLC.

Lilla is portrayed as intelligent, adventurous and a little rebellious, qualities that make her a fitting love interest for Geralt according to director Jakub Rokosz during the REDstreams episode on Gamescom.
