Bethesda shows how conversations with the new npc will be represented in Fallout 76. It will arrive with the Wastelanders update in April.

Fallout 76 is heading to receive one of the most important and ambitious updates since it hit the market. "Wastelanders" will bring Appalachia's moors back to life with a wide assortment of new faces.

The introduction of human npcs for the first time will bring with it a system of conversations that is more reminiscent of the work prior to Fallout 4. A dialog box will appear at the beginning of the conversation, and each available line corresponds to the complete response, which does not leave room for Doubts about what we will say in the game.

According to Bethesda in his official note, "the decisions you make will help you forge alliances and find alternative ways to complete objectives." The Settlers and the Raiders will not be the only ones who will incorporate this novelty. Some characters already represented, such as Rose, Modus and the rest of fellow robots, will have renewed dialogues. All lines will appear in the upper left corner of the screen as a history, although the number of occurrences will vary according to your settings.

If you choose the right Special points, you can be more successful in manipulating the minds of others. Actions such as “convincing someone to give you their weapon, finding solutions more quickly or calming the tensions of citizens without using violence” are some of the examples shown to us. As you can see in the image that accompanies these lines, the way in which we have built our survivor will be vital to what is coming.

New times for the Wasteland

For its part, Wastelanders will be available at no additional cost to all Fallout 76 players on April 7 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Reputation systems, new storyline and more await all survivors in a short month, not to mention the number of objects and weapons that will be available at the same time. New times arrive.
