Shuhei Yoshida shares the first pictures of the free PS VR PS Camera adapter for PS5. You can request yours at no additional cost.
Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studio at SIE, posted on his personal Twitter account the first live images of the PS VR PS Camera adapter for PS5. The device allows you to connect the PlayStation Camera of PS4, which has a special input, to the new generation of Sony and thus be able to use your virtual reality device.
According to the instruction manual, the adapter can be placed in one of the rear USB ports. After plugging it in, the console will recognize it as a camera; in this way you can continue to enjoy your VR catalog already formed on PS4 thanks to the backward compatibility functions of PS5.

Request your free PS VR PS Camera adapter for PS5
The company has not been alien to that sector of the community that wants to transfer its device to the new generation. Therefore, you can request your adapter at no additional cost through the enabled program. Through this link you will be able to know all the details about the registration page and what information you must provide to PlayStation to receive it at home.
Although it may sound logical, the HD Camera, the new model designed specifically for PS5, is not compatible when using your PS VR, but you will have to play with the camera that you already have on PS4. For this reason it is essential that you request an adapter in case you find yourself in that position.
PS5 will arrive in Spain on November 19. It will do so accompanied by titles under the PlayStation umbrella such as Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Demon’s Souls and Sackboy: A Big Adventure !, among others multiplatform such as Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Godfall. On October 29, we published in this house our talk with Gavin Moore, creative director of the long-awaited remake of From Software’s original work. What started as a plane from Tokyo to Austin, Texas, has materialized into one of the main faces in the PS5 launch catalog.
