A Twitter user shares two images of a Microsoft console unit, with verified barcode included.
Twitter has once again been the origin of a leak related to the new generation of consoles. Two photographs of an alleged Xbox Series X prototype have been the trigger for the main topic of conversation in recent hours for the accuracy and detail present in the chassis of the device, which leaves little doubt.
Xbox Product Name Placeholder / PROTOTYPE – NOT FOR SALE
As we can see, on the reverse is where the most interesting details of the console are found, whose design complies with the usual standards of a computer's CPU: back cover, fans, input and output ports … In particular, a code certification and a barcode that, having not been hidden, will allow Microsoft to easily identify the identity of the person who has violated the possible confidentiality agreements by receiving a test unit from the firm's next domestic console from Redmond.

Two USB units, an HDMI input port for audio and video, power and Ethernet as main mouths, all adjacent to the console's breathing outlets, which will remain at the top of the chassis when the console is placed horizontally (the image on the right is inverted).
The label, similar to those of current Xbox console models, clearly states that it is a prototype not intended for sale; a debug unit such as those that will begin to receive development studies, media and other agents involved in the use of the console soon.
On the front we have a physical button — apparently to turn on the Xbox Series X, the brand logo, a button to take out discs, the corresponding Blu-ray input and a USB port.
In the absence of knowing more details of the prototype, a user has answered the original message with a message that records the legitimacy of this console, which contrasts exactly with the details of the unit today being the same code of Serie; Therefore, that unity exists. Microsoft has not commented on it; Nor have they transcended details about the components included in this prototype, which remain an unknown beyond the approximations confirmed by Microsoft in the presentation that took place at The Game Awards last December.
Xbox Series X is the first model of the new generation of Microsoft consoles, named Xbox, which will be launched at some point near Christmas 2020. One of the confirmed launch games is Halo: Infinite.
