Nintendo Switch offers: The World Ends With You, 50% off (eShop)

For a limited time and with the announcement of the animated series, Square Enix and Nintendo cut the price of the game in half. 24.99 euros.

Square Enix and Nintendo have applied a 50% discount temporarily in The World Ends With You -Final Remix-, the definitive version of the Neku adventure for Nintendo Switch. Thus, until July 19, console users who have access to the eShop in Europe and North America can get the title for 24.99 euros instead of the usual 49.99 euros.

Temporary discount to celebrate the announcement of the anime series

During the Anime Expo Lite 2020 the first trailer for the official anime of The World Ends With You was released. A production with the last name of The Animation that will be broadcast sometime in 2021 and that confirms to be a collaboration between Domerica and Shin-Ei Animation. At the controls will be Kazuya Ichikawa, from Domerica, along with Midori Goto in adaptation tasks. He also participates for the Gen Kobayashi designs. About The World Ends With You, one of the most beloved works on Nintendo DS

The number of fans of The World Ends With You is very high. The title, developed by Square Enix and Jupiter for Nintendo DS back in 2007 (2008 in the West) was considered from its moment as one of the most acclaimed titles on the platform, both for its gameplay, which perfectly explored the tactile options of the machine, as its soundtrack, aesthetics and history.

One of those games where Tetsuya Nomura made clear his versatility and ability to make titles with an anime tone that are very enjoyable for young audiences. Later it was released on iOS and Android, while just a couple of years ago it was published on Nintendo Switch with the call The World Ends With You -Final Remix-, which adapted the control to the Joy-Con and included translation for the first time to Spanish. In addition, it brought with it a new scenario.
