Epic Games is slated to drop the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass on June 5 2026, a date confirmed by recent leak compilations.
Launch timing and the “Runners” motif
The new season follows an end‑of‑chapter live event, ushering in a theme dubbed “Runners.” This concept hints at speed‑centric designs, potentially influencing the visual language of upcoming skins, gliders and emotes.
Crossover candidates poised for the Pass
Leaks originating from notable sources suggest a Fortnite × The Boys tie‑in, with Homelander expected to appear as a secret skin, possibly bundled with a cape‑styled glider and a laser‑eye emote. A long‑awaited collaboration with SEGA may also materialise, positioning Sonic the Hedgehog as a sidekick or skin that aligns with the season’s runner aesthetic. In parallel, a Masters of the Universe crossover could surface in tandem with the new film release, delivering He‑Man’s Power Sword and Skeletor’s Havoc Staff as harvest tools.
Legacy characters likely to return
Continuing the Invincible partnership, Director Cecil Stedman is rumored to join the Battle Pass in what the community refers to as Wave 3, while other Invincible‑related outfits such as Conquest and Tech‑Jacket may surface via the Item Shop. Doctor Slone’s presence is also hinted at, potentially receiving a refreshed outfit after vocal cues in the Season 2 quests, and the mechanized pilot Singularity could reappear under similar circumstances. Finally, a Cyberpunk Edgerunners collaboration is floated, with protagonists David Martinez and Lucy possibly arriving with futuristic weapon skins that echo Night City’s aesthetic.
Should these speculative additions materialise, the June launch could redefine the Battle Pass’s crossover strategy, reinforcing Fortnite’s reputation for high‑profile collaborations.
