Leaked footage of Grand Theft Auto 6 appeared online, revealing brief gameplay moments before the forthcoming Extended Look preview on Netflix.
Leak Overview
An anonymous uploader posted two minute‑long clips on Streamable. Both showcase Jason, one of the game’s dual protagonists, in clearly staged scenarios.
What the Clips Show
The first clip follows Jason outside his beachfront residence, where he casually picks up a basketball and attempts several shots. The scene ends with the ball rebounding off the hoop.
The second clip captures Jason behind the wheel of a vehicle in the Leonida map, performing donuts before colliding with a delivery truck. The truck’s driver emerges, admonishing the player for the “teeth” that need to be extracted, and the protagonist retaliates by kicking and punching the driver.
Both videos are concise but confirm several core gameplay elements: real‑time shooting, driving mechanics, and scripted interactions from Rockstar’s engine.
Implications for the Upcoming Netflix Preview
Rockstar had slated a full gameplay showcase for August 27’s Extended Look. The leaks provide an unofficial glimpse into the mechanics and style that fans expect to see in that presentation. As the preview date nears, these snippets offer a pre‑release glimpse of the title’s tone and gameplay pacing.
