The Epic Games video game records unpublished figures for an event related to a single title. A mass phenomenon far from its limit.
After the celebration of the five Travis Scott Astronomical concerts in Fortnite Chapter 2, an event that we have told you about live, Epic Games has taken stock of what has given itself a marketing move (once again) embraced by success . After achieving 12.3 million simultaneous players as spectators of the first concert, the total figures now show an unprecedented figure: 27.7 million spectators in those three days.
The event, which was held from April 24 to 26 within the game itself framed in Season 2 of the Fortnite Battle Pass Chapter 2, now confirms the total number of spectators counted and celebrates it with a message published on the social network Twitter . In addition, they indicate that these players participated live a total of 45.8 million times among the five events, which they consider to be worth the pun "a truly astronomical experience".
Thank you to everyone who attended and created content around the Travis Scott event!

The last time Fortnite managed to break simultaneous player records was in February 2019, when the DJ known as Mashmello managed to gather 10.7 million people during his event. The purpose of this new action was to benefit both parties: on the one hand, to publicize the new works of the American artist, Jacques Berman Webster II, 27 years old; on the other, to give a boost to this video game, which can already be considered as a phenomenon of transmedia culture.
In addition, on the occasion of Travis Scott's Astronomical event, the artist himself has put on sale on his official merchandising website with which to get more revenue if possible from this celebration.
Thus, Fortnite Chapter 2 continues to be active and keeps its flow of new events and challenges. To highlight as of today, the Battle Pass Season 2 Midas skin has its own challenges. Here we tell you in detail the method to unlock the Midass Ghost and Midas Shadow skin. On the other hand, in this other link we explain the Midas Mission challenges guide.
