The series, which will premiere on December 20 on the video on demand platform, is composed of an eight-episode season.
The Witcher has not premiered on Netflix, but it is already known that it will have a second season and that they plan at least seven. However, that will be in the future, because the most immediate present inevitably leads us to the first eight chapters that make up Season 1. Netflix has just revealed what the titles of each episode are. He has done, as usual, through social networks:

The showrunner wants to attract critics
Lauren S. Hissrich, showrunner of the series, recently commented that she did not see critics "rabid" as enemies. "I love interacting with fans," he said then. "Probably too much for the taste of some. I want to feed on your enthusiasm for this. ” As he argues, many of those who criticize are those who truly love the work, so he wants to attract all those people to finally enjoy fiction.
The adventure, which is based on the books of Andrzej Sapkowski, stars Henri Cavill, who returns to television after putting himself in the shoes of one of the protagonists of the series The Tudors. The actor plays the sorcerer Geralt de Rivia, the main character of both novels and books. Other actors that make up the cast are Anya Chalotra (Yennefer) and Freya Allan, who embodies Ciri. It opens on December 20.
Netflix's fiction is not related to CD Projekt RED games, titles that also embrace the story of Geralt de Rivia, although they have not had the author's collaboration. In fact, they maintained a pulse for rights, since Sapkowski wanted to renegotiate the contract signed in his day. The studio, meanwhile, works on its new production, Cyberpunk 2077.
