Several media share their impressions with prototypes of the new Microsoft consoles in their hands, comparing their size with PS4 and Switch.
Recently the new Xbox Series S was presented, the access console to the new generation of Microsoft together with the all-powerful Xbox Series X; With the two consoles already presented, various media have been able to access prototypes of them to check their size and discover all the secrets of their design first-hand, including comparisons against other consoles such as Xbox One X, PS4, PS4 Pro or Nintendo Switch.

Starting with Microsoft’s latest addition, Xbox Series S is 275x151x63.5mm in vertical position, according to Microsoft, the most contained Xbox in size in history; and as shown in The Verge, the console has small rubber feet so that users can position it as they wish.
According to The Verge, Xbox Series S is “surprisingly small” compared to Xbox Series X and even compared to Xbox One X. Other details of interest are the presence of two USB ports, HDMI 2.1 output, a port for Ethernet cable, an input for storage expansion disks and power supply input; on the front it has a single USB port.

GameSpot, for its part, has compared Xbox Series S in size with other consoles on the market such as PS4 or Nintendo Switch, showing how the new Microsoft console would look on a piece of furniture next to said competing consoles.
